Return Policy
At Aidios Dio, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of every timepiece. If your order isn’t quite right, we offer a 15-day return window (US only) and 30-day return window (International purchases) to make it right.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery (US Only) and 30 days of delivery for international purchases.
- Watches must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, manuals, and warranty cards.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Engraved or custom-designed watches
- Watches showing signs of wear or damage
How to Start a Return
- Email support@aidios-dio.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving return authorization.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
